What is Community Compatibility?
Your Community Compatibility is a numerical score generated by the Hypermatch engine. It is used to give a fun approximation of how well attuned you are to a particular community based upon the questions answered in your Hypermatch profiles. We give you control over wide array of factors including how many Hypermatch users are in the community, the percentage of total recent posts that were made by users with a Hypermatch profile, overall activity of the board, and your age preferences.

Our Hypermatch feature is a great way to find and meet other ezboard users that share similar interest. Now the same can be done on a community scale. You can use it to look for communities that that share similar interests based on Hypermatch profiles. Even if you're not interested in finding your "ideal" community it's always fun to see how other communities match up - even your friends or your own!
As an admin, how does Hypermatch enhance my community?
Simply put, the more members of your community that have Hypermatch profiles, the more valuable your community becomes. You now have a new way for users to find your community right at your fingertips. More and more users who are likely to be inclined to your community will be able to find and participate as your membership with Hypermatch profiles grow.
What does my Community Compatibility Score mean?
The score is an indication of how compatible you are with members of the community, based upon the questions they answered in their Hypermatch profiles. Those who post more messages to the community will have more influence on the score. As with individual Hypermatch matches, a score of 100 is very good, and higher scores are better.
Does a low score mean a community is not for me?
No, certainly not. It may be because few members of the community have Hypermatch profiles, or because those who do, answered a different set of questions than you. The more people who have Hypermatch profiles, and the more questions they (and you!) answer, the more precise the score will be as an indicator of whether the community is for you or not.
I didn't see a Community Compatibility Score, how do I get one?
The first thing you need to do is build a Hypermatch profile for your user name. Simply login to your Control Center and click on the HyperMatch Profile & Settings link in the right corner of the My Account tab. With Hypermatch you'll find there's over 400 questions for you to answer. There's no minimum you need to answer - but the more you do, the better you'll define yourself for finding accurate matches based on who you really are.
